Due to the customized nature of monogramming, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is custom made to your specifications.

To ensure your order is exactly as you request, mock-ups are sent prior to monogramming for final review. Please take time to proofread all spelling and typing as all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please save the packaging, take pictures and email them to info@magnoliawings.com so that we may file a claim.
